No. We welcome complete beginners and people who have played flag or contact football before.
Where will training take place?+
We're exploring the Uckfield area, Haywards Heath and Lewes. Dates and venues are not confirmed yet; your interest-form answers will help us decide.
Is flag football full contact?+
No. Defenders stop the play by removing a flag from the runner's belt rather than tackling.
Will there be men's, women's and mixed teams?+
We're gathering interest across all three groups. The structure will be informed by demand and the arrangements we make before launch.
Do I need kit or experience to register?+
Neither. Registering your interest does not commit you to purchasing kit or attending a session.
When do sessions start?+
